I wish I’d had the ‘today me’ when I started my own fertility battle. Our journey was long, complex, and often isolating. It looked something like this:
Late miscarriage (23 weeks)
Over-aggressive D&C resulting in severe Asherman’s Syndrome (uterine scarring)
Multiple surgeries for Asherman’s and previously also for endometriosis
IVFs/ICSI – 16
Clinics – 5 (across 5 countries and 3 continents)
Gestational surrogate relationships – 5 incredible women
One beautiful daughter—the sunshine of our lives
While we were fortunate to have our happy ending, I wouldn’t wish such a long and difficult road on anyone. There were times we felt completely alone, and I wish we’d had the kind of support and guidance I’m now able to offer.
Alongside my lived experience, I bring over 20 years as a manager and leader in the corporate sector. That background taught me how to think strategically, communicate clearly, and support others through emotionally charged situations. Strategy is at the heart of Delphi, helping clients move forward with clarity, confidence, and care.
Delphi is named after my surname, Delph, and inspired by the ancient Greek sanctuary of wisdom and guidance. The word shares its root with delphys, meaning “womb”, a symbol of origin, creation, and deep knowing. Delphi was once considered the navel of the world, a place people came to seek clarity in uncertain times. That’s exactly what I aim to offer… clear, compassionate support for those navigating the emotional and practical complexities of fertility.

A Fertility Coach is a trained professional who supports individuals and couples through the emotional, practical, and logistical aspects of trying to conceive.
Coaching can take many forms, from purely emotional support to strategic planning and advocacy. My approach is comprehensive: I offer both the emotional steadiness of a coach and the strategic insight of someone who’s lived, studied, and navigated the fertility journey in depth.
Whether you're exploring natural conception, undergoing IVF, or navigating surrogacy, fertility coaching provides a safe space to process emotions, clarify goals, and make informed decisions. It’s not therapy - it’s forward-focused, personalised, and shaped by my lived experience.

In my practice, I guide clients through every layer of their journey. That includes helping them prepare for appointments, interpret medical advice, manage relationships, and build a plan that aligns with their values and circumstances. I also provide education, lifestyle guidance, and advocacy, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and empowered at every step.
For me, fertility coaching isn’t just about emotional support, it’s about helping clients navigate with clarity, confidence, and care.
I work with clients to build a personalised, strategic plan, anticipate challenges, and support informed decision-making. I also correspond with treatment providers when desired, helping ensure clear communication and easing pressure throughout the process.
I help clients manage stress, process emotions, and maintain well-being during fertility struggles.
I provide accurate information and data on reproductive health, fertility options, and treatments.
I provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and holistic wellness to boost fertility. My aim is to help maximise the chances of treatment success or potentially avoid treatment altogether.
I empower clients to advocate for their healthcare needs and rights, helping them feel heard and respected throughout their fertility journey.
I help strengthen communication and intimacy between couples facing fertility challenges, offering tools to preserve connection and mutual understanding.
I offer strategic guidance and education for those navigating a surrogacy journey. I help intended parents build strong, respectful relationships with their surrogates, using tools and techniques that foster trust and understanding. I also correspond with treatment providers when desired, helping ensure clear communication and easing pressure throughout the process.
I offer a safe space for coping with loss, failed treatments, or childlessness, honouring each experience with care and dignity.
I collaborate with specialists to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.
