My name is Jackie, and I’m a Certified Fertility Coach & Reproductive Health Support Specialist.

I bring strategic insight and emotional support to every fertility journey, grounded in both lived experience and professional expertise.

I wish I’d had the ‘today me’ when I started my own fertility battle. Our journey was long, complex, and often isolating. It looked something like this:

Late miscarriage (23 weeks)
Over-aggressive D&C resulting in severe Asherman’s Syndrome (uterine scarring)
Multiple surgeries for Asherman’s and previously also for endometriosis
IVFs/ICSI – 16
Clinics – 5 (across 5 countries and 3 continents)
Gestational surrogate relationships – 5 incredible women
One beautiful daughter—the sunshine of our lives

While we were fortunate to have our happy ending, I wouldn’t wish such a long and difficult road on anyone. There were times we felt completely alone, and I wish we’d had the kind of support and guidance I’m now able to offer.

Alongside my lived experience, I bring over 20 years as a manager and leader in the corporate sector. That background taught me how to think strategically, communicate clearly, and support others through emotionally charged situations. Strategy is at the heart of Delphi, helping clients move forward with clarity, confidence, and care.

Why Delphi?

Delphi is named after my surname, Delph, and inspired by the ancient Greek sanctuary of wisdom and guidance. The word shares its root with delphys, meaning “womb”, a symbol of origin, creation, and deep knowing. Delphi was once considered the navel of the world, a place people came to seek clarity in uncertain times. That’s exactly what I aim to offer… clear, compassionate support for those navigating the emotional and practical complexities of fertility.

A Fertility Coach is a trained professional who supports individuals and couples through the emotional, practical, and logistical aspects of trying to conceive.

Coaching can take many forms, from purely emotional support to strategic planning and advocacy. My approach is comprehensive: I offer both the emotional steadiness of a coach and the strategic insight of someone who’s lived, studied, and navigated the fertility journey in depth.

Hi, I’m Jackie

I’m a Certified Fertility Coach and Reproductive Health Support Specialist with over a decade of experience, and a personal journey that includes IVF, surrogacy, and loss. My husband and I went through 16 rounds of IVF across five clinics and three continents, multiple surgeries, and five incredible surrogate relationships before welcoming our daughter.

That experience shaped how I coach today: with strategic insight, tailored support, and thoughtful empathy. I help individuals and couples navigate natural conception, IVF, and surrogacy... so their path to parenthood can be clearer, shorter, and less isolating than mine was.
